To view your monthly reports, navigate to the Management tab in the top menu and select Financials. You’ll need your landlord password for Buildium to log in. Your username is your email address. If you don’t remember your password, simply click “Forgot Password” to reset it.

Rental payments are distributed by the 15th of each month. If additional payments are still being processed through a short-term rental platform, we will run a final report and issue any remaining payouts by the end of the month.

Absolutely! We’re happy to work with your preferred vendors. Simply provide us with their information, and we’ll add them to our vendor list. If you need recommendations, we also have a list of preferred vendors available on our website.
